My victory, His praise

I know it is late, but I still want to wish you all Happy Easter.
I had a wonderful Easter and our guest minister reminded us all that everyday should be Easter and Christmas because those are the basic principles of our faith.

An important thing is to know that there is joy in our salvation. Salvation means that things are working the way they should. When they are not, then we should reexamine ourselves. Most times we are the ones holding our blessing. There must be joy in our lives, but when the source (us) is dirty then it produces dirt.


Remember I started this month with high expectations, well all is at rest now. I will be sharing testimonies soon. Just keep praying for His praise to manifest through my victories.

I thank God for His infinite mercy. For giving us the greatest gift. He lives and because He lives, nothing can separate us from the His love.
He is alive.

All things are possible

I am so overwhelmed just listening to this song. I don't think anything I can blog will equate how I feel right now. I thank God because He makes all things possible. When I call on Him, He answers.

When life gets too overwhelming, who do you run to?
I thank God that we have Him to bug. I can't imagine my life without Christ.
A friend was asking me why I am always listening to gospel music and I told her that most times, life won't let me sing out loud, but I listen to the music and sing it in my heart.
Most times when I am driving alone, that is when I showcase my gospel idol show. I love putting my favorites like "For Every Mountain" by Kurt Carr on repeat.

Life is rough, but God supplies all the lube that I need to journey along. When I feel like I can't take another step, I boost and recharge on the Word or songs. He never promised that it would be easy, but I know that nothing that comes our way is mightier than Him. And I know that for each test, He knows we can overcome it.

I did not think I could make it these past months. At a time I told God that I could not cling on any longer, that He had to carry me. And He did. The only reason I made it to March is because He carried and still carrying me along. I know that He lives. I praise Him because He has never let me down. He always show up. He answers me when I call. He is always keeping His promise.

My dearest friend , I know that God is waiting for you to call on Him. He is ready to hug you. Don't be shy or afraid to go to His throne of mercy. God is not a man to count faults, because none of us would stand if otherwise. No matter what you are dealing with today, His door is always open, just walk right on. Approach His throne with confidence.

May God continue to be available to us in Jesus name. May He hear us and continue to make the impossibilities possible in Jesus name. Remain blessed.

Faithfulness of God

I was talking with my cousin yesterday and we started remembering the past events of 2007. So many deaths that occurred in the family, tragedies and heartaches. But one thing we both remembered was the faithfulness of God. We were not better than those that died, nor were we more faithful in the things of God, but only by His mercy are we still standing.

I thank God that even though 2007 was a bad year we still had things to be grateful for. And now we are in 2008, I know it is the year to recover all that we lost in the past year.
I confess that we will not go through what we went through last year.
There will be no untimely death especially among the youths in my family.
We shall all live to the glory of God in Jesus name. Amen.

PRISONER OF HOPE

I am so excited about MARCH. I can't explain or describe it but to help, you know that feeling you get towards the big holidays like Xmas. Yeah...that's how I feel now. I am in my expectancy mode/mood. Everything is coming together.

I keep replaying Joyce Meyer's Prisoner of Hope podcast over and over. We all need to become prisoners of hope. Becoming a prisoner of hope means that you are hoping to be free through Christ. That no matter what happens you are not giving up because one day the sentence will be over. You will be set free through Christ.

Our outlook in life and every situation sets tone of how things will go. I pray that in every situation to turn it into praise.

I confess that I as I am stretching out my hand to receive in this month, not to get tired of reaching
I confess to find God in every situation
I confess that this month is the month to recover all

And it doesn't mean that they are a bad person, it just means that their
part in the story is over. And you've got to know when people's part
in your story is over so that you don't keep trying to raise the dead.

You've got to know when it's dead. You've got to know when it's over.

Let me tell you something. I've got the gift of good-bye. It's the
tenth spiritual gift, I believe in good-bye. It's not that I'm hateful,
it's that I'm faithful, and I know whatever God means for me to have,
He'll give it to me. And if it takes too much sweat I don't need it.

Stop begging people to stay.

If someone can't treat you right, love you back, and see your worth...

If you are holding on to some thoughts of evil and revenge ..LET IT GO!!!

If you are involved in a wrong relationship or addiction ..LET IT GO!!!

If you are holding on to a job that no longer meets your needs or
talents .. LET IT GO!!!

If you have a bad attitude...LET IT GO!!!

If you keep judging others to make yourself feel better...LET IT GO!!!

If you're stuck in the past and God is trying to take you to a new
level in Him...LET IT GO!!!

If you are struggling with the healing of a broken relationship....LET IT GO!!!

If you keep trying to help someone who won't even try to help themselves.. LET IT GO!!!

If you're feeling depressed and stressed ...LET IT GO!!!

If there is a particular situation that you are so used to handling
yourself and God is saying "take your hands off of it," then you need
to... LET IT GO!!!

Let the past be the past. Forget the former things.

GOD is doing a new thing for 2008!!!
